Dallas National Golf Club is one of Hazy Golf's clearest examples of a long-running custom range relationship.
Rather than repeating one static design, Dallas National evolved its alignment sticks over multiple orders — changing colorways and branding details while keeping the same purpose: premium hickory sticks for the practice range.
Version One: Burgundy and Blue
The first Dallas National design used a strong burgundy and blue palette with lighter blue striping through the center section.
The sticks were engraved Dallas National Range and built as a coordinated range set rather than a consumer-style retail pair.
This first version established the look of the project: natural hickory, restrained club branding and a color treatment that was easy to recognize on the practice facility.
Version Two: Black, Green and White
For the next iteration, Dallas National shifted the palette to black, green and white.
The overall concept stayed familiar, but the new colorway gave the range sticks a noticeably different visual identity. The same Dallas National Range engraving tied the new version back to the original project.
Version Three: Navy, Red and Gold
The most recent Dallas National design moved again — this time to navy, red and gold.
The palette feels more traditional and more understated than the earlier versions, while still maintaining the same range-specific purpose and club identity.
An Evolving Club Program
The most useful part of the Dallas National story is not one particular colorway. It is the fact that the club continued coming back with new versions.
